Exploring within the musical world is an endless task, especially when dealing with instruments which are incredibly rich with colours and timbres. Iria Garrido Meira, Lieke op ‘t Roodt and Maria Margarida Lucas are driven to investigate all the possibilities that two saxophones and an accordion can create when set together. This unique ensemble brings new colours to a varied repertoire, from Bach to the avant-garde world of JacobTV. The three musicians also enrich their performances with interdisciplinary components.
